Do we have any MOQ/MCQ limit for orders?
Our MOQ/MCQ for lingerie and swimwear is
3,000 pcs/1,000 pcs per order depends on fabric and material MOQ/MCQ or with
surcharge. For sleepwear, yoga wear, seamless sleepwear is 2,000 pcs/1,000 pcs.
What is our sampling lead time?
Our samples submission for counter samples, salesman samples, approval samples...etc. are within a reasonable production date. Mostly between 1 - 2 weeks time depends on fabric and accessories availability.
How to proceed an order?
Firstly, let us know your requirements or styles.
Secondly, we quote according to your
requirements, if your requirement is not realistic for production. We will
quote with our suggestion to change the workmanship but to keep the appearance
as close as to your design and appearance.
Thirdly, you confirm the samples and negotiate
delivery date according to action plan. Then issue order to us.
Fourthly, our production lead time usually is around 15 - 30 days after all material arrived in our factory, depends on order quantity and styles complexity.
Fifthly, our payment terms is FOB Shenzhen
for China shipment or FOB Sihanoukville for Cambodia shipment
Do we guarantee for the quality?
Yes, we produce the garment under strictly
quality control system under our experience technician.
How do we deal with the faulty?
Our factory is doing 100% inspection for
every shipment. Usually there should not be many faulty garments that can be
released for shipment. On the other hand, we have our quality inspection report
for investigation if we receive claims from customers.
If the goods are inspected before shipment
by customer’s nominated 3rd party QC firm. Any fault finds during the inspection. We will
repair all before shipment. If the shipment without your inspection prior shipping
out. If customer finds any fault after goods arrived in destination. Just send
us concrete and trustable evidence. We will compensate customer lost after negotiation.
